FACE Network launches a video contest for farmhouse and artisan cheese and dairy producers.

The contest begins on September 1st and ends on October 8th, 2018. All videos must be submitted to the FACEnetwork office on October 8th at the latest.

Our aim is to highlight the current reality and diversity of the traditional dairy sector of Europe, through the eyes of people who are working in the sector. The contest is open to any cheese and dairy producer/worker aged 18 years or older.

All videos will be judged on their capacity to clearly deliver a relevant message about the reality and specificity of a farmhouse/artisanal dairy, for a wide audience. Originality, overall impact and artistic merit will also be taken into account. The means chosen to present the video are not criteria which will be evaluated –for example, the use or not of commentary, subtitles, music, or language used, etc.

The jury will assess the videos during this years annual meeting of FACEnetwork that will take place from October 10th to 12th, 2018 in Kristianstad, Sweden.
